San Clemente Pier with Pentax 645 with Ilford HP5+ (pt. 1)

From my trip to San Clemente, California, on Friday, August 19th, 2022. I used my Pentax 645 which was in unfortunate retirement because I thought it had a problem with the battery pack (it seems to work now with fresh Amazon AA batteries) and my 150mm lens. I am impressed! The negatives were somewhat overdeveloped. They were dense, in other words. I think this was due to the fact that we are in a heat wave, and the water I was using for the developer was probably too high in temperature. I also developed for 10 minutes. I need to lower the time of development when it is so hot. Next time, cut it off at 9 minutes or 8 minutes and 30 seconds.
