Here are a few photos of my trip to Descanso Gardens on Friday, May 21st. I was desperate for a break from grading, but didn't want to go to the Huntington Gardens yet, I want to save that trip for later. It seems a little early to be returning, I want to space out my trips to every three months, and I think this was sooner. But I went because the social media team at Descanso kept on posting photo after photo of the spectacular rose blooms, and since I want to see the gardens in all seasons, I went. And did I mention I needed a rest from all the grading? Phew.
Here are a few cellphone photos. I did shoot as well with the 6x17, and have sent those photos to the Darkroom to be processed.
