More cellphone photos from my trip to the Japanese Garden at Balboa Park in San Diego, CA, on March 9th, during my "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" trip. I had to adjust light levels, most of the compositions were in partial shade since it was getting late in the afternoon and the sun had most of the garden in shadow. The blooms are amazing. From what they published on social media, blooms were considered to be at 40% maximum, which tells me, we will have an apotheosis of flowers this weekend. I am sorely tempted to return.
